Marsha worked at the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington for more than 10 years prior to joining DCC in 2014. During her time as Associate Executive Director for the YMCA, she was responsible for leading teams in program management, business, human resources, marketing, special events, volunteering, senior services, and facilities and properties. At DCC, Marsha leads administration, accounting, human resources, and operations planning.
As an experienced communications strategist, marketing advisor, and copywriter, Jennifer partners with clients to develop and implement communications initiatives that support key business objectives. Over her 20-year career, she has advised professional and industry associations, nonprofits, Fortune 500 companies, and professional services firms.
Prior to joining DCC, Jennifer was the director of marketing and communications for a 500-attorney, AmLaw 100 global law firm in Washington, DC, and was communications and PR manager for a 200-attorney regional law firm with offices in Washington and Minneapolis,
She previously was a senior communications specialist for one of the largest pediatric hospitals in the country and held a variety of copywriting and communications roles for a Fortune 500 financial services organization.
Jennifer has earned honors from the International Association of Business Communicators; the Legal Marketing Association; and the Association of Women in Communications. She also was honored by Minnesota Lawyer for legal marketing excellence. She has a B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College.
Andrew is a seasoned communications strategist and public relations practitioner with nearly 15 years of combined professional experience across private, public, and nonprofit sectors. He brings a proven track record of serving numerous global, multibillion-dollar S&P and Fortune 500 clients, including Marriott International, Federal Realty, JBG Smith, and Toll Brothers, among others. Altogether, his career has encompassed roles in consulting agencies, broadcast, digital media, and extensive volunteer service, including internships in publishing, public affairs, politics, and the military.
As Senior Associate for DCC, Andrew plays a pivotal role in client and campaign management, content development, media relations, digital strategy, and more. He brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical knowledge to every client he supports and project he undertakes.
Most recently, Andrew served as the National Marketing Communications Manager for Toll Brothers Apartment Living®, the multifamily division of Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL), the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing marketing communications, public relations, media relations, internal communications, public affairs, and corporate events on a nationwide scale.
Prior to his tenure at Toll Brothers, Andrew served as Director of Digital Strategy and Senior Communications Manager at Maier & Warner PR, an award-winning agency specializing in the real estate development industry and representing major economic development initiatives in the Washington, DC region.
Andrew holds a master’s degree in strategic communication from American University, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication with a minor in marketing from the University of West Florida.
